Marketing Tips During Event
What can I do to receive maximum exposure from the show? and
How can I help to increase my sales?
- Have plenty of literature available , price lists, demo discs etc.
- Dressing your stand is so important, it’s your shop window for 2 days and first impression is always the most memorable.
- Don’t be shy to speak to the visitors – they are your key audience for a short period only and don’t forget they have taken their valuable time to attend and are here to enquire and of course order!
- If you have a service and no products to display an idea is to offer a complimentary drink, tablet etc or work with existing exhibitors for displays.
- Pre-organise a promotion evening inviting interested visitors.
- Have a competition to collate a database.
- Take note of serious leads and don’t forget to follow-up after the event.
- Interact with the exhibition – ask about further promotions within the event i.e. programme advertising, fashion show advertising, demonstrations, displays, features, sponsorship logo.
- Enter into our discount voucher booklet, donate a product/service for further media advertising
- Choosing the correct size of stand to meet your budget, product/service and deliver the image you wish to portray is also very important.
